With more than 20 years of experience in monitoring and analyzing issues related to citizen security and national defense. He has led multidisciplinary work teams of strategic analysis and development and maintenance of information systems and has participated in developing and monitoring public policies.
It has research and publications on topics related to citizen security, armed conflict, drug trafficking, microtrafficking, antipersonnel mines, disarmament, demobilization and reintegration, kidnapping and extortion in instances of national order in Colombia (National Department of Planning and Ministry of National Defense) , in international organizations (United Nations) and private institutions.
