Paula Daniela Ramos, born in Bolivia, graduated in Political Science and Governance [George Mason Univ] and MSc in Conflict, Security, and International Development [Leicester Univ], with various skills and knowledge in several related disciplines. Still, my professional experience made me an innovative person capable of developing and executing strategies that add value to my work.
As a researcher, I use the processes of academic research to develop articles, reports, and white papers while collecting and translating real, local challenges into new forms of conflict resolution and peacebuilding. I have international experience collaborating as an associate researcher, processing and managing qualitative and quantitative data, using SPSS and STATA, and designing and managing projects in countries with vulnerable situations, which has given me the skills to identify and assign population needs, coordinate actions with relevant organizations, involve the community and plan emergencies and disaster control, always promoting sustainable development and the defense of human rights.
Direct experience in politics, collaborating with campaign strategies, developing tactics to involve different sectors at the local and national levels, and participating in debates at the local, national, and international levels allowed me to disseminate my ideals and the party’s political work program. Likewise, I have experience in the non-profit sector, being president and legal representative of a foundation that promotes education to promote inclusion in my country; I am a founding member of REAL.
