Diego Pajares, born in Peru. Economist with more than 16 years of experience in the public sector in the Peruvian State, graduated from the “Master in Development and National Defense”, and the “Master of Administration and Public Management with a mention in National Defense”, Diplomas in “ Cybersecurity and Cyberdefense”, “National Security and Defense” and “Multidimensional Security” at the Center for Higher National Studies – CAEN. He has a diploma in High Specialization in Management and Supervision of Infrastructure and Public Services Contracts and a Diploma in Formulation and Evaluation of Public Investment Projects at ESAN University.
International certifications in “Public Procurement Management”, “Sustainable Public Procurement”, “Value for Money in Public Procurement”, “ICT applied in Public Procurement”, “Facilitating access of MSEs to Public Procurement” and “Diploma “virtual Leadership in Social Inclusion and Access to Rights” issued by the School of Government of the Organization of American States – OAS. He is part of the Editorial Committee of the Magazine “SABER SERVIR” of the National School of Public Administration of the Peruvian State and an expert at the Inter-American Observatory of Governance and Public Innovation of the OAS.
